When you buy a paddle
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, delivery address and, if you give it, your phone number. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store them.
If you sign up for our emails
If you join our email list, we use Klaviyo to store your email address (and your name, if you give it) and to send you emails. Klaviyo uses cookies to recognise you on our site after you sign up or click a link in one of our emails, and to measure which emails are opened and clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
When you email us
We keep your email address and anything you include in your message so we can reply and help with orders, returns or warranty claims.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They collect information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and actions like starting a checkout or completing a purchase. They use cookies and similar technologies to do this.
Why we use it
To process, pack and deliver your order. To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty claims. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Australia Post (delivery), Google (website analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Klaviyo (our email list, only if you sign up) and Cloudflare (website hosting and security). We don’t sell your personal information.
Information stored overseas
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and manage the ads you see in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to fulfil your order, honour your warranty, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations.
