Where we ship
Australia only. We don’t ship internationally at this stage.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There’s no minimum spend.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Newcastle NSW the next business day after you order.
Delivery times
We ship with Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your state.
Changing your order or address
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. Once it has been dispatched, we can’t intercept it.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
Email us with your order number and we’ll work it out with you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
