About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from fizzpickleball.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Who we are
FIZZ Pickleball is a partnership based in Newcastle NSW, ABN 70 640 967 520. You can reach us at support@fizzpickleball.com.au.
Our paddles
We describe our paddles as accurately as we can. Weights carry a manufacturing tolerance of ±5g. Swing weight figures are supplied by our manufacturer. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the paddle you receive.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. FIZZ Pickleball is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Shipping within Australia is free. Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order
Your order is confirmed once your payment has been processed successfully. If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because a paddle is out of stock, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Returns and warranty
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery on unused paddles, and every paddle carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The full conditions are on our Warranty and Returns page.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss. This doesn’t exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
