Plays well above its price. Simple as that.

It has a great balance of power and control, feels lightweight, and is super comfortable to use. The quality is amazing, especially for the price.

We are super stoked on the paddle, it's lightweight but also structurally solid which we found hard to find with others on the market.

The details.

  • You want a quick, easy swing
  • You want mis-hits to stay in play
  • Prioritise placement and touch over raw power
  • Long sessions, and you want the lightest paddle in the range
  • You play a patient, soft game at the kitchen line
  • You're stepping up from a recreational paddle

T700 raw carbon fibre face

Every FIZZ paddle uses T700 carbon fibre: the same material specification as paddles selling for $300+. On SPARK it's left raw, with a peel-ply finish that grips the ball through the shot for spin on serves, resets, and drops.

16mm PP honeycomb core

The core gives more at contact than EDGE's firmer build, so the response is softer and more forgiving.

Standard shape (414 × 192mm)

Classic paddle geometry with a generous sweet spot. The fastest shape to adapt to if you're moving from a recreational paddle, and the most forgiving on off-centre hits across the full face.

No. It's softer than EDGE, but it still has enough pop for drives, with the same T700 carbon face as the rest of the range.

It's covered by our 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, handled in Newcastle. The core is 16mm polypropylene honeycomb.

We can't promise it will. What we can tell you: SPARK is the lightest paddle in the range (225g) with the lowest swing weight (SW 113), so it takes the least effort to swing. If you have an arm condition, ask your physio what suits you.

The T700 raw carbon fibre face is the defining upgrade. Many recreational paddles use fibreglass or basic composite, which generally gives less spin and less control at the net. SPARK's carbon face grips the ball through contact, giving you more spin and placement than a fibreglass face.
